Aviano Officers & Civilians Spouses' Club (OCSC)
Information:
The AOCSC provides scholarships each term to family members of U.S. Military or DOD Civilian sponsors. Scholarships are provided for undergraduate and graduate students. The purpose of this scholarship program is to assist adult students in their pursuits of higher education.
Students who have completed a course or courses through the Aviano Adult Education Center or an accredited online program may apply after coursework is completed and a grade has been given, as the AOCSC scholarships are retroactive.

GCSC Scholarship Program
The Grafenwoehr Community and Spouses' Club Scholarship Committee is pleased to offer academic scholarship awards for the 2011-2012 academic years to senior students and family members (spouses and dependents) from the Grafenwoehr Garrison community. This is a tremendous opportunity for eligible military and civilian family members that have a desire to pursue a secondary education.
Each scholarship applicant will be reviewed for academic performance, educational and career goals, extracurricular activities, citizenship, community involvement, employment and/or volunteer experience, essay and letters of recommendation. Seniors from Vilseck High School or those that are home schooled will be given an interview by members of the GCSC as part of the scoring process during the early part of April 2011.

Heidelberg Spouses' Club
Information:
Heidelberg Community and Spouses' Club (HCSC) seeks to recognize dependant spouses who make positive contributions to their communities by virtue of their commitment to the ideals of academic achievement, personal excellence, leadership, community involvement and public service.
HCSC will award selected spouses a scholarship to be applied toward basic educational expenses from a regionally accredited college, university, or technical school for the year 2011-2012.

Hohenfels Community & Spouses Club
Information:
Current HCSC members and their spouses, who will be enrolled in a full or part-time accredited degree program during the upcoming 2011-2012 academic year, are eligible for an HCSC scholarship. Also eligible are high school students graduating in Spring 2011 that are dependents of HCSC members. Individuals who accept a full scholarship which covers all costs associated with tuition, fees, books, room and board are not eligible to apply for this scholarship. Scholarships are awarded based on scholastic merit and community involvement. Race, color, sex, national origin, or financial need will not influence scholarship selection. Recipients of a 2010-2011 HCSC Scholarship are not eligible for a 2011-2012 HCSC Scholarship.

The KMC Scholarship Committee is comprised of members representing the Ramstein Officers’ Spouses Club (ROSC), Ramstein Enlisted Spouses’ Association (RESA), and the Kaiserslautern Landstuhl Spouses’ Association (KLSA). Scholarship funds are donated by all three organizations.
KMC Scholarships are available to Graduating High School Seniors, Continuing University Students, and Spouses of Active Duty, Retired Military and DOD Civilians residing in the KMC.
Scholarships are awarded solely on merit and academic achievement, with no regard to race, color, creed, religion or disability. Financial need is not taken into consideration. Details of eligibility, requirements, and deadlines are noted in the scholarship applications.

Spangdahlem Spouses and Enlisted Members Club

The Spangdahlem Spouses Org. Scholarship is supported by the Spangdahlem Spouses and Enlisted Members Club (SSEMC) and the Spangdahlem Officers and Civilian Spouses Club (OCSC) is currently accepting applications from Aug 1st until October 30th, 2011. The applications must be postmarked by, October 30th, 2011 for consideration. Scholarships totaling $9,000 will be distributed to winners who must be command-sponsored, dependent, nonmilitary spouses in an undergraduate or initial master’s degree program. Awards will be determined and announced by mid December 2011. Applications are available at the Spangdahlem Base Education Center, the Spangdahlem & Bitburg libraries and the AFRC (Airmen & Family Readiness Center).
