- Orders, Country Clearance Request and other necessary steps taken to prepare staff for deployment
- Training at either Mannheim or Grafenwoehr, Germany or Vicenza, Italy
- Departure for down-range assignment
- Hand-over, and assignment begins!

Pay & Benefits
This varies according to the position and number of hours worked. CTC will pay for your trip from Frankfurt, Germany to the down-range location and your return. You will be paid for your pre-service training time in addition to your work. You are eligible to receive annual leave, sick leave and federal holidays.
