Programs Section

Overview

In addition to classes on site, Central Texas College Europe offers a limited number of vocational technical courses online, delivered directly from CTC home campus.

Degree Plans

If you wish to view the different degrees and certificates offered 100% online at CTC, go to http://www.ctcd.edu/degree_plans.html. The second drop box shows the distance learning programs. You will be directed to an unofficial degree plan.

You may view our complete degree plans at http://online.ctcd.edu/soc_degreemaps.cfm. It is possible, however, to earn other degrees using the distance learning program. If you establish resident credit by successfully completing 25% of your degree requirements with CTC, to include distance learning classes, you may complete the remainder of your degree requirements using transfer and/or evaluated credits.

Course Offerings / Schedule

We offer classes beginning each month. The schedule can be found online at http://online.ctcd.edu/schedule.cfm, and lists registration dates, semester dates, and classes offered for that semester.

Testing

All testing is to be done at an approved testing site and monitored by a test proctor. Most military education centers have a testing center however, if one is not available, it is the student's responsibility to find a testing site and proctor. Proctor requirements can be found at http://online.ctcd.edu/testingrequirements.cfm.

All students must notify the testing office of your test site and proctor for each online course by completing the Proctor Submission Form. You will need to coordinate with your testing site to complete the form completely and accurately. Once you have the required information, complete and submit the form online.

Tests will be retrieved from our website by the test proctor or shipped the fastest way possible directly to the test proctor. You must make arrangements with your proctor for a day and time to test. He/she will administer your test and return all testing documents as well as various other required documents to the Central Campus Testing Office.

Any questions or problems related to your test may be directed to the Distance Learning Test Coordinator at online.testing@ctcd.edu or 1-800-792-3348 extension 1441/1289.

Due to systems updates, it is recommended that you not schedule tests which will be taken online on Fridays.
